The Gold Coaching Plan is for the serious athlete who desires regular telephone consultation with their coach in addition to unlimited e-mail interaction. This plan offers a high level of coach/athlete interaction in order to achieve optimal results. We highly recommend this level of coaching for the first time IRONMAN-Distance Athlete and for athletes who want a program and relationship with a coach for long term improvement and results.

HOW IT WORKS
As a GOLD Coaching Plan athlete, you'll receive a high level of personal interaction with your Triathlon Academy Associate Coach including:
- Weekly 20-30 Minute Phone Conference Calls
- Weekly Updated Training Blocks with considerable Daily Training Detail
- Unlimited Email Communication
- Three (3) Free Training DVDs from Coach Troy's Library
- 10% Discount to our Training Camps and Workshops
- 20% Discount to Training DVDs in our Library
With the GOLD program, you'll receive a new training block from your coach every week detailing your daily training requirements. Weekly communication will take place via email (unlimited) and a scheduled phone consultation which you pre-arrange with your coach.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
- This COACHING PROGRAM has a minimum term of 3-months.
- After the initial 3-months, you may cancel service whenever you wish. For your convenience, you will be billed automatically each month until we receive written notice of your desire to cancel.
- There are no refunds.
- You may 'freeze' your service for a period of up to 3 months with written notice.
- It is understood that all Triathlon Academy (TA) coaches are independent contractors of Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC (TJM).
- If you have any problems or concerns related to the quality of your service received from a TA Associate Coach, please contact us immediately to address your concerns.
- Our office will contact you shortly after we receive your order for coaching to obtain additional information pertinent to your coaching program as well as to send you training DVDs associated with your training program.
- It is understood that your coaching contract is the property of TJM and that your credit card statement will be billed by Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC.
- You may contact our office with any billing or other administrative questions or concerns.
- Upon signing up for coaching services, our office and your coach will be in contact with you to initiate your program within 2-business days.
